Chibana is a famous Japanese model. Women born March 27, 1982 is represented Japan in the global beauty pageant Miss Universe 2006. He won a championship as Runner Up. To follow the pageant's international class, Chibana willing to reject a job offer from a major publishing houses in Japan.
